Requirements
• Several years of experience in journalism, ideally in video journalism
• Outstanding storytelling instincts
• Strong journalistic standards and solid sourcing skills
• Organized way of working and leadership ability
• Strong communication skills and conflict sensitivity
• English native speaker
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience leading editorial work or large editorial projects
• Experience with investigative reporting
• Experience with YouTube
