About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Educational Content Creator to join their fully remote team, based in Vereeniging . This role is pivotal in developing engaging and informative digital learning materials for various educational platforms and target audiences. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, writing, and producing high-quality content, including lesson plans, study guides, video scripts, and interactive exercises. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of pedagogical principles, excellent writing skills, and the ability to translate complex subjects into accessible and engaging formats, contributing to the expansion of their digital learning portfolio and reaching a wider student base globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit educational content for various formats, including online courses, articles, blog posts, and social media.
• Develop engaging learning materials such as interactive quizzes, video scripts, infographics, and presentations.
• Ensure all content is accurate, pedagogically sound, and aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to produce cohesive educational resources.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user engagement, ensuring maximum reach and impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a content creator, writer, or editor, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
