About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Educational Content Developer to work remotely. This role involves designing and creating engaging, high-quality educational materials for various learning platforms and audiences. You will be responsible for developing curriculum outlines, lesson plans, interactive exercises, assessments, and multimedia content. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, possesses excellent writing and instructional design skills, and is adept at translating complex topics into accessible and effective learning experiences for a diverse range of learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging and effective instructional materials for online and blended learning environments.

• Create comprehensive curriculum outlines, lesson plans, and learning objectives.

• Write clear, concise, and accurate content for e-learning modules, including text, scripts, and interactive elements.

• Develop assessments, quizzes, and activities to measure learning outcomes.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, and multimedia developers to produce high-quality educational content.

• Ensure content adheres to instructional design best practices, accessibility standards, and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, English, or a related field.

• Proven experience in educational content development or instructional design.

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools is a plus.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
