Marketing Manager – Remote, EMEA Responsibilities • Own end‑to‑end go‑to‑market planning and campaign execution across portfolios, territories, or verticals. • Develop and lead marketing programs that engage prospects to drive opportunities and revenue. • Collaborate closely with other marketing teams to improve content performance and conversion through data‑driven insights. • Partner with events, content, paid media, and social media teams to execute integrated campaigns across channels.

Design Manager – Remote Responsibilities • Apply and evolve existing guidelines, ensuring consistency across touchpoints. • Lead projects ranging from marketing campaign assets, data visualization, print, and UI design. • Collaborate closely with design systems and the sites team, influencing the UI of all digital experiences. • Lead a team of visual designers, driving innovation, setting direction, and ensuring delivery quality. • Review work critically, providing constructive feedback and supporting professional growth. • Oversee and improve operational workflows, including production processes. • Coordinate with stakeholders—Marketing, Web Engineering, Design Systems Director—to validate outcomes. • Evolve design systems and guidelines to drive consistent quality and improve efficiency. • Coordinate with leadership to mature the collective design practice. • Foster collaboration within the team to share work and strengthen culture. • Help make the value of design legible across the organisation and open source community.

Qualifications • Portfolio demonstrating excellence in leading design process and execution in diverse organisations. • Experience managing complex projects and a team of designers while remaining actively involved in design work. • Advanced knowledge of visual design principles (typography, layout, colour, systems). • Strong process understanding and ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and limited resources. • Open to critique and feedback with deep care for usability and accessibility. • Commitment to skill development and mentorship. • Passion for technology and a self‑motivated, result‑oriented mindset. • Exceptional educational achievement in design or a compelling alternative path. • Professional written and spoken English. • Willingness to travel up to four times a year for internal events up to two weeks.

Global Technical Manager – Sterilization – Remote Responsibilities • Oversee sterilisation processes and provide technical support across all certification schemes (MDR, MDD, UK MDR, ISO13485, MDSAP, IVDR). • Act as line manager for the team of MDR Product Assessors—Sterilisation. • Provide technical advice related to sterilisation across the medical device conformity assessment process. • Establish competence criteria, deliver and maintain training packages for Product Assessors and auditors. • Develop, maintain and implement sterilisation QMS documentation aligned with best practices. • Manage development and implementation of personnel approvals and continued competence. • Drive resource management, capacity planning, and proactive resolution of resource gaps. • Lead proactive decision‑making and resolve technical issues at the appropriate level. • Set a culture of accountability and performance; monitor and report team KPIs. • Contribute to business growth through proposals, client interactions, and external engagements.

Qualifications • More than 10 years in the medical device industry, including 5 years in sterilisation R&D or manufacturing. • 5 years as an MDR and/or IVDR medical device Lead Auditor / Product Assessor—Sterilisation. • 2 years in a leadership role with experience in technical decision‑making and problem solving. • Experience in competence management, training, or qualification of technical personnel. • Strong understanding of medical device systems, compliance, and auditing. • Experience supporting or leading global or cross‑functional teams. • University or technical college degree in microbiology, engineering, or a related discipline.

Operations – Business Services Team Manager – Worldwide Responsibilities • Travel approvals, logistics and operations management. • Expense review in line with company policy. • Planning of complex company events four times a year. • Managing global duty of care, health and safety programmes. • Providing executive briefing and operational facilities for company offices. • Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure efficient and safe event execution.

Responsibilities • Ensuring programs and projects are delivered within schedule, scope, cost, budget, and resource expectations. • Identifying key technical and project risks and issues and actively putting mitigating actions in place. • Maintaining a strong customer focus and working with key stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. • Conducting regular status meetings and business reviews with customers and providing direction when needed. • Managing the delivery schedule of critical third‑party deliverables for the project. • Advocating to customers the appropriate technologies from Canonical's portfolio. • Driving project success while managing risks.

Customer Success Manager – Remote Worldwide Responsibilities • Support customers by finding solutions to ticket requests and enhancing documentation. • Drive campaigns targeting multiple customers through digital touch‑points and activities. • Identify high‑potential and high‑risk customers from newly onboarded users. • Onboard new customers and introduce them to products and support processes for Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes, and more. • Collaborate with Sales and Support to develop and deliver engagement plans that fulfil customer objectives. • Engage with the portfolio of customers to ensure risk identification and collection of feedback for product improvement.

Qualifications • Academic track record from high school and university; undergraduate degree in a technical or business subject. • Demonstrated leadership and management skills. • Exceptional judgement in matters involving money, policy, and in‑person interactions. • Ability to work in a global, multicultural organisation. • Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and flexibility. • Result‑oriented with a personal drive to meet commitments. • Willingness to travel up to four times a year for company events.
