Role Responsibilities

• Analyze and provide insights on semiconductor device physics and operational principles.
• Evaluate microfabrication techniques, including process integration and yield optimization.
• Contribute technical assessments on device scaling and performance modeling.
• Review materials used in electronic and semiconducting device fabrication.
• Create detailed explanations of complex engineering concepts for AI model training.
• Deliver structured feedback on project data for technical accuracy.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators and domain experts.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in semiconductor device design and microelectronics engineering.
• Proven understanding of semiconductor physics and device modeling.
• Hands‑on exposure to modern microfabrication techniques.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for articulating technical concepts.
