Seeking an elite long‑form YouTube editor to own performance‑driven storytelling and compound channel growth.
Role: Contract (Long‑Term, Performance‑Owned)
Location: Remote (Dubai - based preferred)
Reports to: Head of Content (Diego)
Mission: Own the creative execution and performance of long‑form YouTube videos that compound retention, trust, and subscriber growth for Matt Gray and FounderOS.
YouTube is the core distribution engine of that system, and long‑form video performance is non‑negotiable. We’re looking for an elite long‑form YouTube editor who does not think in terms of “finished edits,” but in terms of retention, attention, and outcomes .
This role is for someone who understands how YouTube actually rewards content — someone who edits with pacing, psychological resets, and narrative flow in mind, while maintaining a refined, cinematic, lifestyle‑first aesthetic.
You will work directly with the Head of Content to execute videos that feel restrained, intentional, and premium, not hyper‑edited, sales‑driven, or gimmicky.
