Embedded Systems Developer (3+ Years) · Remote · India

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Systems Developer to design, develop, and optimize firmware and low-level software for embedded hardware platforms. You will work on real-time systems, microcontroller-based products, and IoT edge devices for clients across USA, UK & Europe.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in embedded C/C++ development
• Strong knowledge of microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, Arduino, NXP, or similar)
• Experience with RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, MQTT
• Experience with hardware debugging tools (JTAG, oscilloscope, logic analyzers)
• Understanding of power management, memory optimization, and boot loaders
• Knowledge of Linux-based embedded systems is a plus
• Experience with IoT platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain firmware for embedded hardware products
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented C/C++ code
• Collaborate with hardware engineers on PCB bring-up and testing
• Debug hardware/software issues at the board level
• Optimize code for performance, memory, and power constraints
• Participate in code reviews and technical documentation
