This role offers the flexibility of fully remote or hybrid working, alongside the chance to be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.The Employment team is made up of over 40 fee earners, ranging from paralegals through to senior lawyers.

The team is known for its friendly culture, strong supervision, and clear career progression pathways, with regular opportunities for internal promotion and development.The RoleThe team advises on a wide range of contentious and advisory employment matters for both employers and employees.
