Key Responsibilities

• Design and engineer battery energy storage systems (BESS) for grid-connected and behind-the-meter applications.

• Ensure designs comply with relevant safety standards, codes, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, software engineers, and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and engineering of energy storage systems or power electronics.
• Strong understanding of battery technologies (e.g., Li-ion), inverters, and control systems.
• Familiarity with grid interconnection standards and power system analysis.
• Proficiency in relevant design and simulation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong written/verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
