• Conduct people activities such as performance management, hiring, headcount management and forecasting, training and development, and employee recognition.
• Support key technical initiatives, problem resolution, and improvements in engineering through process change and implementation of new methods/tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant supervisory experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of experience.
• Strong leadership, written and verbal communications, creative thinking, and multitasking skills, with ability to understand and apply project leadership principles including SPI/CPI, Earned Value, and Cost Account Management.
• Experience in driving continuous improvement in engineering process and tools, and ability to recruit, manage, and retain people.
