Engineering Manager (BE / Full Stack) - Admin Experience Group (ANZ remote)
Responsibilities Leading and coaching a motivated full stack team of 5–8 engineers Owning the breakdown and delivery of large, impactful projects Mentoring engineers on technical approaches and career growth Building out long-term technical strategy for Settings product capabilities Managing operational health of services – including on-call as part of a team rotation Collaborating cross-functionally with PMs, Designers, and non-technical stakeholders Championing a culture of feedback, inclusive collaboration, and continual improvement Qualifications (You’re probably a match if) You’ve led high-performing software engineering teams before You bring a healthy blend of technical depth, delivery leadership, and people development Technical hands on experience in our tech stack - Java for the backend and Javascript/Typescript/React on the frontend.
