Role Responsibilities
• Observe and assess simulated student work to support AI training development.
• Provide expert feedback on lesson objectives, instructional materials, and learner progress scenarios.
• Analyze and adapt virtual teaching methods to reflect best practices for diverse learner needs.
• Evaluate AI generated educational content and recommend improvements based on teaching expertise.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research and development teams to refine training data.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, TESOL, Adult Education, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience teaching Adult Basic Education, Adult Secondary Education, and or ESL.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
