Responsibilities • Individual producer focused on prospecting new opportunities. • Achieve calling, prospecting and origination and/or gross margin-based objectives. • Work with small and mid-size businesses to assist in securing financing. • Call on campaigns through Salesforce and build a vendor or end user customer database. • Communicate with other managers and department leaders. • Establish and grow vendor and/or end user customer relationships, secure repeat/renewal business. • Provide appropriate financing solutions that address customers’ individual needs.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies • Sales management experience. • Knowledge of Salesforce. • Excellent communication skills. • Verifiable and documented track record of success. Academic • High school diploma or GED required. • Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, or a related field preferred.

Salary range: $30k-$150k per year. Average commission: $10k-$150k+ per year.
