Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their event needs, preferences, and budget, providing expert recommendations for menus and services.

• Liaise closely with culinary teams and external suppliers to confirm all menu items, dietary requirements, and special requests are met.
• Develop detailed event plans and timelines, managing multiple events concurrently from initial planning to post-event follow-up.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the planning process and event execution.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, event details, and financial transactions using CRM and event management software.
