Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Event & Operations Coordinator, located in Vietnam, to join our team remotely in a dual capacity spanning both event coordination and Shopify order fulfillment support.
This person will manage event booking requests and daily communications with corporate, nonprofit, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event planning and execution, while also partnering with the logistics team to keep fulfillment operations running smoothly and orders processed accurately and on time.
The working hours are 12 pm - 9 am GMT+7 (with adjustment based on team meetings). The ideal candidate brings an entrepreneurial mindset, strong attention to detail, and the energy to build and improve processes in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Please note: This is a temporary 3-month contract and may lead to a long-term role based in Vietnam, up to 40 hours per week. What Motivates Us
