Position: Expert Cyber Security Specialist

Expert Cyber Security Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Analyze application security and user access management, including access groups, user accounts and service accounts
• Review access-related data to identify inactive, excessive or unnecessary permissions
• Assess access findings and recommend actions based on business requirements
• Coordinate with Business stakeholders, application managers and system providers to gather information and agree on appropriate actions
• Engage with RACF and IAM subject matter experts to formulate actions and mitigations
• Facilitate onboarding and cleanup of access groups, user access and service accounts in SailPoint IIQ
• Develop Microsoft Copilot use cases related to Mainframe data and RACF accesses
• Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities
• Support prioritization of activities and management of scope changes
• Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager or User Administrator in SailPoint IIQ
• Strong experience in IAM and application security, including access groups, user accounts and service accounts
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ
• Practical knowledge of Mainframe data and RACF accesses
• Experience developing Microsoft Copilot use cases related to Mainframe data and RACF accesses
• Understanding of Business applications, IT processes and Identity & Access Management
• Ability to analyze user permissions and identify inactive, excessive or unnecessary access
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across Business and IT
• Ability to collaborate with and challenge stakeholders while aligning activities with project deliverables
• Self-driven and collaborative approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or a related field
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
