About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Field Operations Manager to lead their remote operations teams. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of field operations, including production, maintenance, and integrity management.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize production and minimize downtime.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations and company policies across all sites.
• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop remote field teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and other departments to ensure effective project execution and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical) or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in field operations management within the Oil & Gas sector .
• Proven experience in managing complex, large-scale remote operations and geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong understanding of production operations, asset integrity, and maintenance strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with operational management software and remote collaboration tools is essential for this remote-first role.
