Field Sales Representative - Remote

About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven and independent Field Sales Representative to cover the Mossel Bay, Western Cape territory on a fully remote basis. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving product sales, and expanding the company's market share within your assigned region. You will be responsible for managing your schedule, conducting client meetings, and achieving sales targets, operating primarily from a remote location. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively seek out and engage potential customers within the assigned sales territory .
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions and customer needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field sales or outside sales role.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build a sales pipeline, and close deals.
• Excellent communication , negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule effectively.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for client visits.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is advantageous.
