Based in Paris, London, Barcelona, Hamburg, New York, San Francisco and Montreal, Naboo is expanding its services beyond Europe and North America, to the Middle East and Asia. We’re looking for the first hire in the Finance Operations department for the US market. The person joining will help us adapting our playbook to the market.
Role & Responsibilities
On a day to day basis you will:
• Provide clear and concise answers within set SLAs
• Ensure quote reconciliation: make sure events have the correct final amounts from each supplier
• Ensure past events are correctly invoiced to the client
• Follow-up on outstanding items and manage potential disputes
• Adapt our processes to the USA & LATAM market.
Mandatory requirements
Mandatory requirements:You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a Billing / Invoicing role at a tech scale-up.You are fluent in English and Spanish.
