• Split is approximately 50% FP&A and 50% accounting, flexing with calendar cycles.

What You’ll Do
• Financial Analysis: Build and maintain budgets, run variance analysis, forecast cash flow, and deliver dashboards.
• Accounting: Perform daily bookkeeping, journal entries, monthly reconciliations, and prepare financial statements.
• Transformation: Drive scalable processes and turn accurate books into actionable insights for growth.
What You’ll Need
• Demonstrated FP&A capability and hands-on accounting experience in QuickBooks.
• Thorough understanding of US GAAP and advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and clear communication.
Additional Context
• 3-5 years combined experience in financial analysis and accounting.
• Fluency in English and experience working remotely across time zones.
• Mission alignment and humility to handle both analysis and bookkeeping.
