Qualifications
Must-Have
• 5–10 years of relevant FP&A experience or 6–12 years of relevant controllership experience for the practitioner track; 10–18 years for the senior reviewer track.
• Professional experience in FP&A, strategic finance, RevOps, business intelligence, controllership, accounting, or a closely related operating-finance role.
• Strong financial modeling, management reporting, and business-partnering skills.
• CPA certification is strongly preferred for accounting and controllership-focused work.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to connect financial results to operational drivers.
• Experience reviewing teams' work, owning a close, or presenting to senior leadership is especially valuable for the senior track.

Role Responsibilities
• Build and assess budgets, forecasts, scenario models, and variance analyses.
• Develop or review board reporting, KPI definitions, cohort analysis, and unit economics.
• Analyze revenue, pipeline, operating drivers, and cross-functional planning assumptions.
• Evaluate close processes, consolidations, revenue recognition, and internal controls.
• Identify calculation errors, inconsistent definitions, weak assumptions, and unsupported management conclusions.
• Explain findings through clear, structured written reasoning.
