This role is crucial for providing in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights to support key business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to develop financial models, track performance against budget, and identify areas for financial improvement.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, proficient in financial modeling and data analysis, and capable of communicating complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and improve financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning. • Analyze financial performance against budget and historical trends, providing variance analysis and insights. • Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders. • Support the budgeting process by coordinating with various departments and consolidating financial data. • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business cases. • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance against these metrics. • Evaluate investment opportunities and support capital allocation decisions.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling. • Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems. • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills . • Effective communication and presentation skills , with the ability to explain complex financial data clearly in a virtual setting.
