Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with relevant accounting standards.

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.

• Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes.

• Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to the executive team to support business objectives.

• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and statutory requirements.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent professional certification is mandatory.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 5 years in a controller or similar senior role.

• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and financial management best practices.

• Proven experience managing remote teams and working effectively in a distributed environment.
