Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), or Tableau calculations.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, relationships, and performance tuning.
• Experience integrating various data sources such as Excel, SQL databases, APIs, and cloud-based tools.
• Excellent communication skills to explain data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple freelance projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data visualization or business intelligence.
• Experience in a freelance, consulting, or remote setting is a strong advantage.
• Prior experience with storytelling through data in domains such as marketing, finance, operations, or HR is preferred.
