Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of freight forwarding, including air, sea, and land transportation.
• Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, such as bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.
• Liaise with carriers, clients, and customs authorities to ensure smooth transit and timely delivery of goods.
• Track shipments, provide real-time updates to clients, and proactively address any issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers to secure competitive pricing and optimize costs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Freight Forwarder or in a similar role within the logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in freight forwarding software and MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, suitable for a remote role.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
