You have at least some hands on experience with modern frontend technologies, we work with typescript , react and Next.js (similar technologies are also fine - our expectations grow with the proficiency of the role you apply for) You are intrinsically motivated to learn and improve as a person, alongside your team.

Your profile We are always on the hunt for talented frontend engineers of any proficiency: Working Students, Juniors and Seniors. But independently from your experience we are looking for the same traits. You are excited about the domain of employee experience , recognition , incentives , e-learning and gamification .

You are passionate about frontend development and closely related areas like backend development and user experience and design. You are constantly expanding your horizon - learning and experimenting with new tools and technologies. Everyone has a say, independently from their experience and position.
