Fundraising Manager - Remote

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies, including annual appeals, major gifts, corporate partnerships, and grant applications.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate sponsors through regular communication and engagement.
• Research and identify new funding opportunities, preparing compelling proposals and reports to secure financial support.
• Organize and manage virtual fundraising events and campaigns to maximize engagement and contributions.
• Analyze fundraising data and metrics to track progress, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling fundraising materials and online content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Non-profit Management, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in non-profit fundraising or development, with a demonstrable history of success.
• Proven ability to write persuasive grant proposals and secure funding from diverse sources.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust with donors remotely.
• Proficiency in donor management software (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge) and online fundraising platforms.
