• Position: Cartographer and Photogrammetrist – AI Trainer
• Type: Contract
• Compensation: $59–$114/hour
• Location: Remote
• Commitment: 10-40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Apply GIS, cartography, and photogrammetry expertise to train and evaluate AI systems
• Interpret and annotate satellite imagery, aerial photography, and photogrammetric datasets
• Support AI understanding of spatial data, terrain models, and geospatial workflows
• Review and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, and real-world relevance
• Collaborate remotely with AI and machine learning teams to improve geospatial model performance

Requirements

• Professional background in cartography, photogrammetry, geomatics, geography, or a related field
• Hands‑on experience with GIS platforms, spatial data analysis, and map preparation
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to translate geospatial expertise into structured, actionable feedback
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, contract-based environment
