What You'll Do Assist customers through email, chat, and other digital support channels. Communicate professionally in both German and English. Respond to customer inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency. Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and keep records up to date. What We're Looking For Fluency in German (written and spoken). Strong English communication skills. At least 1 year of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar customer-facing role. Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.
