About The Role

Rex.zone is hiring Germany-based, bilingual (German/English) AI Generalist Trainers to support RLHF, large language model evaluation, and training data quality work. You will assess model-generated responses, rank alternatives, and write clear rationales while following annotation guidelines and completing QA/validation checks.

Key Responsibilities

• Review prompts and model outputs in German and English
• Rank and compare multiple responses using defined rubrics
• Write concise, evidence-based rationales to support decisions
• Perform QA evaluation workflows: consistency checks, error identification, edge-case validation
• Apply data labeling and content safety labeling standards to ensure training data quality
• Document issues, ambiguities, and suggestions; collaborate asynchronously with leads

Basic Qualifications

• Must be based in Germany
• Fluent in German and English (written/reading comprehension)
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow guidelines consistently
• Comfortable with web-based tooling and structured feedback formats

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI data labeling, RLHF, prompt evaluation, or QA evaluation
• Familiarity with LLM behavior and common failure modes

Pay

$30–$50 USD per hour.
