Responsibilities Provide GIS & Remote Sensing support to internal departments & external customers.

Conduct simple to complex spatial analyses using both vector and raster data types to provide insights to planning, engineering, environmental and geotechnical project tasks. Support design, configuration and mobile data capture processes using desktop, web, and mobile applications, including GPS technology and Drones.
Conduct data analysis, create maps and reports, and automate processes using programming languages such as R, SQL, Python, JavaScript, and ArcPy.
Collaborating with existing GIS and non-geospatial staff members across the company to assist in project prioritization to meet organizational needs, including data updates, workflow development and processing of a variety of data and mapping requests. Developing high quality cartographic work products both in the desktop and web environments.
Create and maintain data & programming procedures and policies. Requirements Must be legally entitled to work in Canada Graduation from an accredited GIS program At least 5+ years of GIS experience Extensive hands-on experience with the Esri ArcGIS Platforms (i.e. ArcGIS Desktop, ArcPro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise).
