About the Role

Our client is seeking proactive and people-oriented Graduate HR Generalists to join their fully remote human resources team, supporting operations connected to Mahikeng . This is an ideal role for recent graduates with a passion for HR and employee development to gain comprehensive experience across various HR functions. You will be involved in supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration, all within a flexible, virtual work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Help manage employee records and HR information systems, maintaining data accuracy.
• Provide support for employee relations matters and HR policy inquiries.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
• Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as required.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of HR principles and employment legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
