Grant Writer - Remote Position

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential grant funding opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
• Write, edit, and finalize high-quality grant proposals, applications, and supporting documents that align with funder requirements and organizational goals.
• Develop compelling narratives that clearly articulate the organization's mission, programs, impact, and funding needs.
• Manage the grant submission process, ensuring all deadlines are met and requirements are fulfilled.
• Maintain a database of grant opportunities, submissions, and awards.
• Build and maintain relationships with program staff to gather necessary information for grant applications.
• Track grant reporting requirements and assist in preparing interim and final grant reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Grant Writer, with a strong track record of securing funding.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong research skills to identify relevant funding sources.
