Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of all esports teams, including player recruitment, contracts, and welfare.
• Oversee participation in major national and international esports tournaments and leagues.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create engaging esports-related content and campaigns.
• Build and nurture relationships with game developers, publishers, sponsors, and other key stakeholders in the esports industry.
• Manage the esports budget, ensuring financial accountability and strategic resource allocation.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure ethical conduct and compliance within the esports division.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging games, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the esports operations staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Organize and execute team bootcamps, travel, and logistical arrangements for tournaments.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in esports management, operations, or a related field within the gaming industry.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and budgets.
• Deep knowledge of the global esports market, including popular titles, tournament structures, and player dynamics.
• Strong understanding of contract negotiations, player welfare, and league regulations.
• Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects in a remote, fast-paced environment.
