Establish SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and capacity planning frameworks. Requirements 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in technical leadership or engineering management. Deep expertise in observability domains including logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
Strong hands‑on experience with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ClickHouse, or OpenTelemetry. Fully remote global work environment with flexibility to work from anywhere. Competitive compensation package including equity (ESOP) participation.
