Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for remote operations, encompassing all functional areas.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 4 years focused on leading remote or distributed teams.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing operational strategies for virtual environments.
• Strong understanding of collaboration tools, project management software, and HR technologies for remote work.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Experience in establishing and scaling operations in a fully remote setting is highly desirable.
