About the Role

Our client is looking for an innovative and strategic Head of Remote Operations to establish and lead their fully remote operational framework, supporting a dispersed workforce based out of Mahikeng . This senior leadership role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing all aspects of remote operational efficiency, team cohesion, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities
