Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall strategic plan for sports operations , ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Oversee the management of budgets, resources, and personnel across all sports programs and departments.

• Lead and mentor a remote team of managers and staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

• Implement and refine operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sports management and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership.

• Experience managing operations across multiple locations or in a remote setting is essential.
