Role Summary
The Recruitment Coordinator supports multiple nursing facilities by managing job postings, engaging applicants, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
This role is essential to improving qualified applicant flow, reducing time-to-hire, and ensuring clear, consistent communication between applicants and facility leadership.
Working Hours & Requirements Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM SA time – subject to change with daylight savings and company requirements) You will be required to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA) Internet: minimum 25 Mbps fibre (upload & download) and wired Ethernet; no fibre line – not considered.
