Housekeeping Supervisor · $50/hr Remote

• Directly supervise and coordinate the work activities of cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed to specification and on schedule
• Oversee in-house services such as laundry, maintenance, dry cleaning, and valet support as needed
• Inspect work performed and facilities to guarantee adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols
• Select and recommend appropriate cleaning materials for various surfaces and textiles
• Advise managers and administrative staff regarding room readiness and occupancy status
• Provide ongoing training, guidance, and motivation to team members
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to create schedules, track performance metrics, and deliver team briefings or reports

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting, tracking, and presentations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
• Experience supervising or coordinating work activities of janitorial or housekeeping staff
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to inspect, evaluate, and ensure the quality of cleaning services and facilities
• Knowledge of customer and personal service principles for high-standard service delivery
• High school diploma or equivalent with related work experience
• Experience in remote supervision or coordination of distributed teams
• Familiarity with facility management or cleaning industry best practices
• Background in onboarding, training, or process improvement for housekeeping operation
