Minimum Requirements
• Minimum of a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Human Capital Management, Labour Relations, Organisational Development, or a closely related field
• Proven industry experience in human resource management, talent management, organisational development, labour relations, performance management, or people analytics
• Experience in curriculum development, academic writing, assessment design, or training within higher education or professional learning environments
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex HR concepts into accessible learning material
• Ability to work collaboratively with an instructional designer and academic team, and meet structured development timelines
• Available for contract-based work (remote)
