Position: Human Data Manager (Early Career)
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $30 - $45/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Responsibilities Design and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.
Analyze datasets to generate actionable insights and support decision-making. Build and maintain reporting frameworks to track key metrics and workflow improvements. Continuously refine processes to ensure scalability, accuracy, and data integrity. Take ownership of operational challenges and proactively implement solutions.
Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields. Strong experience in data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization. Familiarity with operational processes and process improvement practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights.
