• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.

• Drive clear communication, alignment, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle. • Lead end-to-end implementation of EMIS and EHS digital solutions.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery governance.
• Ensure successful delivery in line with client expectations and contractual commitments.
Solution Design & Implementation Oversight:
• Guide solution design by aligning business requirements with system capabilities.
• Provide non‑technical oversight of platform configurations (e.g., Enablon, Intelex, VelocityEHS).
• Validate deliverables to ensure quality, completeness, and alignment with requirements.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management:
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business needs into structured functional specifications and implementation plans.
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
