Implementation Manager (Fully Remote)

• Own the full project lifecycle from scoping through go-live and handover, running project boards and working groups with clear reporting. • Lead discovery and design workshops with clinical, administrative, and IT stakeholders to map workflows and define future state using Lyrebird. • Coordinate technical implementation across engineering, customer IT, integration teams, and third-party suppliers, managing configuration to fit local processes.
