Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. • At least 4 years of experience in an industrial engineering or operations improvement role. • Proficiency in lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools. • Strong experience with data analysis, statistical software, and process simulation tools. • Excellent remote communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate virtually. • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
