Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize supply chain and logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
• Design and implement efficient material flow strategies and warehouse layouts using simulation tools.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics for logistics operations, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, production, sales) and external partners (suppliers, carriers) to ensure smooth operations.
• Evaluate and recommend logistics technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and visibility.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all logistics functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on logistics and supply chain.
• Proven expertise in warehouse design, transportation optimization, and inventory control strategies.
• Proficiency in logistics simulation software and ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration abilities.
