At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Lead to join a leading international company in the Consumer Healthcare sector. • Lead infrastructure operations across cloud and on-premise environments. • Define and execute the infrastructure roadmap aligned with business objectives. • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT services. • Drive cloud transformation and modernization initiatives. • Manage infrastructure vendors, service providers, and technology partners. • Lead and mentor technical teams across multiple locations. • Establish governance, standards, and best practices. • Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Digital, and Business teams to deliver strategic projects. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.

Who are you? • Extensive experience in IT Infrastructure leadership roles. • Strong expertise in cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure. • Solid understanding of networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and workplace services. • Experience managing third-party providers and outsourced services. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience leading international or distributed teams.

Nice to have: • Experience in regulated environments. • ITIL certification or Service Management expertise. • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation practices. • Experience with M365, Intune, and modern workplace technologies.
