What you'll be doing • Contacting and qualifying all inbound leads — same day, every time. • Preparing and following up estimates and quotes across all divisions. • Managing the partner job platform — new jobs, bookings and updates. • Reviewing and actioning web lead platform requests. • Closing remote and small scope opportunities independently (no site visit required). • Supporting designer team with quoting after designer specifications are complete. • Keeping Salesforce records accurate and up to date throughout. • Attending regular sales and partner meetings to report on activity.

What we’re looking for • a background in renovation, construction, or trade services will be advantageous. • A confident, warm communicator — you'll be speaking with homeowners every day. • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple lead sources and platforms at once. • Self-directed — you'll own your pipeline and manage your own day. • Comfortable with technology — we use Salesforce, Slack, and other platforms and we need someone who picks up new tools quickly. • Someone who takes pride in following through — no lead left behind. • Real variety across three distinct brands and product offerings. • A growing business with genuine expansion underway — ACT and SA are next. • A team that lives by its values. • Direct access to leadership — you're not lost in a big corporate structure. • Hybrid work - mixture of days in office and working from home.

We' re three renovation and installation brands under one roof — and we're growing fast, with new markets in the ACT and other states rolling out. Right now, our Sales Consultants are spending time qualifying leads and handling enquiries that shouldn't need a site visit. We want to fix that. That's where you come in.

The role The Inside Sales Consultant is a desk-based sales and coordination role, you'll own the front of the sales pipeline. Every inbound lead that comes through — whether it's from our website, web lead platform, a direct enquiry, or via our partnerships — lands with you first.

You'll qualify it, prepare an estimate, follow it up, and either close it independently or hand it to a Sales Consultant once it's appointment ready. You'll also manage our partners job platform day-to-day — actioning new jobs, booking pre-installation visit appointments, posting quotes, and keeping statuses up to date. No two days are the same.

Some days you're deep in estimates. Others you're working through the partners job platform or helping a designer put a quote together after a client brief. You'll have real variety, real ownership, and a direct line to the leadership.

Key performance indicators • Same day response to all new inbound leads. • All lead source platforms actioned daily. • Partner job platforms actioned daily. • Quotes prepared and submitted within 48 hours. • 70%+ lead to opportunity conversion rate in Salesforce. • Salesforce records kept accurate and up to date at all times.
