Our client is a U.S.-based healthcare provider specializing in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism and developmental needs. They provide structured therapy programs aimed at improving communication, behaviour, and life skills through qualified clinicians.
Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Authorizations Specialist to support the insurance authorization process for ABA services. This is a structured, teachable role with comprehensive training, ideal for candidates who are organized, proactive, and comfortable following processes independently while collaborating virtually.
PLEASE NOTE:
Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM South African time, subject to daylight savings) Public Holidays: This role requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA) Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory.
