Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as an Insurance Claim Specialist or in a related role. Strong knowledge of insurance industry standards and claims processing procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
